    Order Cutoff time is 4:00PM Central Time. Monday - Friday, excluding observed holidays:
    - Memorial Day
    - Independence Day
    - Labor Day
    - Thanksgiving
    - Christmas & New Year: December 23 - January 1

  • Approval & Payment
    The production time and shipping time will start from the day we receive both your proof Approval and order payment.

  • Production Time
    In addition to the shipping time, Production Time is the time we need to customize and assemble the product for you. Depending on the products and production speed you choose, it can take up to 6-10 business days or more.
