Shipping Policy
Order cutoff time is 4:00 PM Central Time, Monday - Friday. We like to keep things punctual, just like a wizard casting a spell. However, please note that we take a break on observed holidays like Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas & New Year (December 23 - January 1). Even wizards need a little time off!
Once we receive both your proof approval and order payment, the production time and shipping time will start. We're like a well-oiled machine, customizing and assembling your stickers with love and care. Depending on the products and production speed you choose, it can take up to 6-10 business days or more. Patience is a virtue, my friend!
Now, here's a disclaimer: we can't control the delivery delays or issues caused by FedEx, UPS, USPS, or any other shipper. We may be magical, but we haven't mastered teleportation just yet. So, if there are any hiccups along the way, don't blame us! We're just here to sprinkle some sticker magic into your life.
Return Policy
Picture this: you receive your stickers, and they're not quite what you expected. Don't worry, we've got your back! Due to the custom nature of most products, all sales are final. But hey, exceptions can be made in special circumstances. We're not heartless, after all!
If your product is damaged during delivery or the apparel doesn't fit or the print is flawed (oops, we're only human), you can submit a claim within 48 hours of order delivery. Just shoot us an email at agpletters[at]gmail.com with your order number and attach some photographic evidence. We'll get back to you in 1-2 business days. Our customer care team is as swift as a unicorn galloping through a meadow!
If your claim is approved, we'll do a one-time repair or replacement of the product at no charge to you. We're all about spreading joy, not additional costs. The decision to repair or replace the product is in our hands, but don't worry, we'll make it right!
Now, here's the catch: unless the defect claim has been approved by our fabulous customer care representative, you're responsible for the cost of shipping, packing the product, and insurance (if you desire). We trust you to handle it like a pro!
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy as seriously as a squirrel hoarding acorns for winter. Rest assured, we won't share your personal information with anyone. Your secrets are safe with us! Mobile Terms of Service

The AGP Letters mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by AGP Letters (“AGP Letters”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to AGP Letters’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of AGP Letters through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with AGP Letters. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 832.458.1552 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other AGP Letters mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Returns / Repairs
Due to the custom nature of most products, all sales are final.
However, as with all policies exceptions can be made in special circumstances. All claims must be reported within 48 hours of order delivery.
Exceptions include, but are not limited to:
(1) Product is damaged during delivery.
(2) Apparel doesn't fit or print is flawed.
To submit a claim, report your issue to AGP Letters Customer Care Team within the applicable period.
First, email agpletters[at]gmail.com with your order number and attach photo(s) of the issue, the customer care team will response in 1-2 business days.
After contacting our care team, you may be required to ship back the properly packaged Product for inspection or repair with a note of your order number.
If the reported problem is covered by this warranty and if you first reported the problem within the applicable warranty period, AGP Letters will do a One-Time repair or replacement of the Product at no charge to you for parts or labor. The decision as to whether to repair or replace the Product is made by AGP Letters in its sole discretion.
Unless the defect claim has been approved by AGP Letters Customer Care representative, you are responsible for the cost of shipping, packing product, and insurance (if you desire). You are also responsible for loss or damage to this Product in shipping.
